Life OS Dashboard Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 5, 2026
Last Updated: March 5, 2026

1. Overview
By purchasing the Life OS Dashboard ("the Product"), you ("the Customer") agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of purchase. All refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Systemiz LLC.

Upon purchase, the Product is delivered immediately via digital access (Notion template duplication). In accordance with international digital commerce standards, including the US Electronic Signatures Act and applicable electronic commerce law, you acknowledge that by clicking 'Purchase' and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to begin access immediately and acknowledge that the template cannot be retrieved or deactivated once duplicated to your Notion workspace. Due to this irrevocable nature of digital delivery, a standard return policy is not applicable. The Implementation Guarantee described below exists in place of a standard return policy and is offered in good faith to customers who genuinely engage with the product.

The Product is a Digital Consumer Asset under Wyoming law (W.S. 34-29-101). Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. It does not constitute a transfer of title or ownership of the underlying intellectual property. The Life OS Dashboard, including all template content, structure, databases, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Chris Punt, operating through Systemiz LLC. The template may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or used as the basis for a competing product, regardless of whether a refund is issued. A refund does not transfer ownership or grant any additional rights to the Product.

Certain features of the Life OS Dashboard, including AI agent functionality, require an active Notion Business plan, which is sold separately by Notion. Systemiz LLC is not affiliated with or responsible for Notion's pricing or plan availability.

2. The 14-Day Implementation Guarantee
We offer a 14-Day Implementation Guarantee. This is not a 14-day trial or unconditional return window. The guarantee is designed to protect customers who genuinely engage with the product and still do not experience value after full implementation. To qualify, all conditions in Section 3 must be met within 14 calendar days of purchase.

3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the Customer must satisfy every condition listed below within the 14-day window. Failure to meet any single criterion will result in the refund request being denied.

3.1 Complete All Onboarding Modules
You must complete a minimum of 90% of all Life OS Dashboard modules in the Skool Classroom, including all videos, written materials, and action steps. Completion is tracked via Skool. Substantially incomplete onboarding will not qualify.

3.2 Fully Set Up and Personalise the Dashboard
Your Life OS Dashboard in Notion must demonstrate genuine use and personalisation. The following must be present and completed with original content (placeholders or default text do not qualify):

• Vision Statement filled in

• At least 3 identities

• At least 3 goals

• At least 2 projects linked to goals

• At least 5 tasks

• Rating completed inside Areas of Life

• 3 habits tracked

• 3 journal entries filled in

3.3 Submit Request Within 14 Calendar Days
Your refund request must be submitted via email within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests received after this deadline will be denied regardless of circumstances. The Customer is solely responsible for timely submission.

Refund Request Process and Review

4. Refund Request Process
To submit a refund request, email contact@chrisnotion.com with the subject line "Life OS Refund Request" and include all of the following:

1. Full name and email address used at purchase

2. Date of purchase and proof of payment

3. Screenshot of Skool module completion showing a minimum of 90% progress (with your profile name visible)

4. Screenshots of your fully set up Life OS Dashboard showing all required sections populated

5. A shared Notion template link (view-only access)

6. A written explanation of no less than 100 words describing specifically why the product did not meet your expectations.

This explanation must reference particular features, sections, or use cases that failed to deliver value for your situation. The following do not constitute a qualifying explanation: vague statements such as "it wasn't what I expected" or "it didn't suit me"; reasons limited to a change of preference or lack of time; and comparisons to other templates or products. The fact that an alternative product handles certain features differently, or that the Customer has since purchased a competing product, does not constitute evidence that the Life OS Dashboard failed to deliver what was represented.

Refund eligibility is assessed solely on whether the Product underperformed against its own documented features and promises, not against the design choices of third-party products. We reserve the right to request further clarification before a decision is made.

Incomplete submissions will not be processed. We will notify you of any missing items, but the 14-day deadline remains firm regardless of submission status. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all documentation is submitted completely and on time.

5. Refund Review and Decision
All requests are reviewed within 5 business days. We verify all claims including Skool completion records, Setup Call attendance, and dashboard content.

Meeting all eligibility requirements does not automatically guarantee a refund. We evaluate each request holistically, including the quality, specificity, and credibility of the written explanation provided. Where the stated reason appears to reflect a change of preference, insufficient engagement, or an intent to retain the product at no cost rather than a genuine product failure, Systemiz LLC reserves the right to decline the request at its sole discretion. Our decision in this regard is final.

Approved refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 10 business days. If a request is declined, a written reason will be provided.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:

• Onboarding modules are less than 90% complete

• The dashboard is not fully set up and personalised with original content

• The request is submitted after 14 calendar days from purchase

• Any required documentation is missing or incomplete

• The stated reason is limited to "changed my mind," "didn't have time," "forgot," or similar

• The written explanation is vague, non-specific, or does not describe a genuine product shortcoming

• The product was purchased with the intent to copy, duplicate for distribution, or resell the content

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You must follow the refund process outlined in this policy before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first using this process will be contested with full documentation, including purchase records, onboarding data, call attendance logs, and all correspondence.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from all current and future products. All records may be submitted as evidence to the relevant payment processor.

Acceptance of Terms & Governing Law

8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy and your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, Systemiz LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Product shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Customer for the Product. Systemiz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Product, even if Systemiz LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Electronic Records and Communications
The Customer consents to receive all communications, disclosures, and records relating to this purchase electronically, in accordance with the Wyoming Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). You acknowledge that electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

• You agree that the template is licensed for personal use only and that no rights to redistribute, resell, or share the Product are granted

• You consent to electronic communications and records in accordance with Section 10

• You were shown and accepted this policy at the point of purchase
